We had to make a switch from Quickbooks POS to Lightspeed. There were over 5500 units to upload properly to Lightspeed so our inventory would not be off and still be operational during this process. I had a ton of anxiety about making this switch, and Eamen put my mind at ease with a step-by-step process of explaining exactly what would happen. We went through a detailed list of my concerns regarding the transfer of my data to the new software system.
